Born and raised in Mississippi. Graduated South Panola HS. BS in art education and M of Education from Mississippi State with additional studies at UAB and UAH. Married to Steve Rogers for over 30 years and have two wonderful children and a lovely daughter-in-law.
I work mainly from personal photos I take. Also will work from others photos if asked. I generally begin working in black and white and progress to color using various mediums.
Currently enjoying retirement after 38 years of teaching. Outside of HAL, I’m involved with Meals on Wheels, church, doing art with special needs, OLLI classes as a student and teacher. Also enjoy traveling with my husband.
